Description:
"DDS Acidophilus is a specific strain of carefully developed friendly microflora that has proven to be the most beneficial to humans. While there are hundreds of identified L.acidophilus with questionable activities, there is only one DDS strain with proven results. DDS Acidophilus was painstakingly researched and developed by doctors to survive stomach acid, have better retention, multiply rapidly and most importantly, to combat yeast and fungi.There is more and more research now indicating the importance of Bifidus bacteria in addition to Lactobacillus acidophilus. Bifidus is the predominant bacteria in the large intestines and Lactobacillus acidophilus is the predominant bacteria in the small intestines. Nursing mothers and total vegetarians require proportionally more Bifidus bacteria than L.acidophilus."

Instructions:
Take two or three capsules on an empty stomach preferably in the morning.
Always take DDS 2 hours apart from taking antibiotics.

Avoid taking DDS with tap water as the chlorine content will kill the friendly microflora.
